Who’s behind Shelterstack
Shelterstack’s design team is led by Dennis Dzorgbo (AGIA), a licensed architect, and Kofi Dako (PMP), a certified project manager. Every plan in our collection is drawn by a licensed architect and dimensioned for construction in Ghana.

Every design is a complete, dimensioned architectural drawing set — floor plans, elevations, sections and a roof plan (with door and window schedules on select plans). And in every Shelterstack home, every bedroom is ensuite — it’s a standard we design to, not an upgrade. Plans are delivered instantly as a PDF the moment your payment goes through.
Building from abroad?
Many of our customers live outside Ghana and are building back home. Proper drawings are your best protection when you can’t be on site — they remove guesswork, make builders’ quotes comparable, and keep everyone accountable to the same document.
