Shelterstack sells digital products delivered instantly by download. Because a digital file cannot be “returned,” our policy is as follows.
Downloaded files
Once a plan has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is available. Please review the product page carefully — bedrooms, bathrooms, storeys, floor area and minimum plot size are all listed — and message us on WhatsApp at +233 59 414 9781 before buying if you’re unsure.
Wrong purchase, not yet downloaded
If you purchased the wrong plan and have not downloaded the file, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll exchange it for the correct plan or issue a full refund.
Faulty or incomplete files
If your download is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description, tell us within 7 days. We’ll deliver a corrected file promptly — and if we can’t, you’ll receive a full refund.
Duplicate payments
Charged twice for the same order? We’ll refund the duplicate in full as soon as we confirm it.
